Thursday Dr. R. C. Moore Returns After Advising MacArthur Dr. R. C. Moore, state geologist, returned last week from Japan where he was advisor to Gen. Douglas MacArthur on the coal resources of Japan. Dr. Moore flew from Tokyo to San Francisco between Tuesday, Oct. 4, and Friday, Oct. 7.
