Frost, journalism junior, has been elected president of Theta Sigma Phi, honorary women's journalism fraternity, for 1949-50. She will succeed Lois Lauer, College senior. Western Civ Examination Set The final examination will be held from 2 to 5:15 p.m., Saturday, May 14.
