This is the fourth in the series of speeches about leadership, sponsored by Y.M.C.A. and Y.W.C.A.
Mr. Harlan has been in Y.M.C.A. work for 30 years. He was a Y.M.-C.A. director in World War I and directed the recreation program in Kansas City, Mo., for the past six years.
