Lewistown, Pa.—UP—Clyde Bailey, 30, not only returned to the scene of his crime but came back to commit the same crime again. Bailey was charged with burglary of the local Moose home and freed on bail. Three weeks later he was arrested while trying to pry open a window of the same building.
