To maintain the authorized strength of 50,000 regular officers it will be necessary to commission a large number of civilian college graduates each year. Former wartime officers under 28 years of age who will receive a degree by July 15th are eligible for appointment now. However, anyone who is interested in securing a regular army commission in either the Ground Forces or Air Forces is encouraged to be present.
