Allen Reports Committee Findings
Dr. Ethan Allen, head of the Bureau of Government Research, reported on findings of the committee on governmental research, of which he is chairman, to the fourth Kansas conference on government information and instruction services. The conference meetings opened in Topeka Saturday.
