Candidates for offices in the general election on PSGL ticket will be chosen at this meeting. All independent men urged to attend. Refresher Course To Be Held In K.C. A five-day refresher course in eye, ear, nose, and throat treatment will be given March 31-April 4 at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City. The University is presenting the course in cooperation with the Kansas Medical society and the State Board of Health in response to requests from general practitioners and specialists. Three outside specialists will assist School of Medicine faculty. Dr. Samuel J. Kopetzky of the New York Polyclinical medical school, New York city, will discuss diseases and infections of the ear. Dr. Rea E. Ashley of Stanford university, will be the visiting specialist for treatment of the nose and throat. Dr. Albert D.
