The All Student Council has declared a vacancy for a representative from District IV, to be filled by the Pacchiacomic political party. Petitions must be filed with the secretary of the A.S.C. not later than Feb. 25.

Salina. (UP)—Observers of the fish and wild life service, department of the interior, are compiling data to determine the number of ducks to expect next fall in Kansas.
