(UP)—Mrs. Irene Nova Smythe, 29, told District Judge C. Edwin Moore she wanted a divorce because her husband, Nate, slept with the dog and she ended up on the davernport. "I don't mind the dog sleeping in the house, but I don't like having him sleep in my clean bed," she complained. "My husband prefers the dog to me, so I prefer not to live with him." She said she wanted no alimony, just "my personal belongings, not including the dog." Mrs. Smythe got the divorce. Greensburg, Pa.
