Castor, son of Mr. and Carl M. Castor, Kansas City. The marriage will take place late this month. Miss Nelson is a senior in the College and a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority. Mr. Perdue Graves, director of adult education in the Topeka public schools, will address members of the fraternity following a banquet at the Hearth. Cecil Cass, J. Sheldon Carey, and Robert G. Tucker are the initiates. Kappa Kappa Gamma has announced the approaching marriage of Anne Louise Rossman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Rossman, of Trenton, N. J., to Lieut. Frank Allison Baldwin, U. S. N., son of Comdr. and Mrs. Dean Baldwin, of Montclair, N. J. The wedding will take place July 20 in Trenton.
