Sales Show Not All Manhattan Bound A lot of students may be Manhattan-bound this weekend, but Saturday night here on the Hill will be a gala affair too. That is the night Jan Savitt arrives for the Freshman Frolic with his "It's a Wonderful World" theme song. The dance will begin at 8 o'clock at Hoch auditorium. Nearly 400 tickets have been sold, and a great many more spectator's rooms. Anticipating loads, of fun, dance fans are getting out their formals. Former Instructor Visits University Tom Hancock, former instructor in economics and director of the employment bureau of the School of business, visited friends on the campus last week while on a 10-day tourlough from Jefferson Barracks, Mo. Hancock, who has been in the army seven and a half months, serves in the classification division of the Army Air Force. His work concerns placing men in jobs for which they are best fitted. Most of his placements at Jefferson Barracks are in ground force jobs. Hancock is visiting relatives in Kansas City, Mo., while on furlough. ... BUY WAR STAMPS ...
