Hale Dean Ritchie of Wichita, which will take place Saturday, March 28. The couple will be married in Jackson, Miss., where they will make their home. Both families will be present for the ceremony. Miss Scott, a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, was a student in the University until recently when she dropped out to make plans for the wedding. Ritchie, a member of Phi Gamma Delta, was graduated from the School of Engineering last year and is now attending a bomber school.
