Be it enacted by the Associated Men of the University of Kansas:
Section 1. That section six (6) of said Bill shall read: That the manager shall receive as compensation fifteen (15) per cent of the total money collected from advertising plus fifty dollars ($50.00) salary.
Section 2. That this bill shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to the constitution.
