Harvard Astronomer to Talk On Defense of Universe Dr. Harlow Shapley, director of the observatory and professor of astronomy at Harvard University, will come to the campus to deliver an illustrated lecture on the subject of "In Defense of the Universe," on Thursday, Feb. 6. Plans for revising the charter, constitution, and by-laws will be discussed. The board, which meets usually only once a year in June, also will consider increasing its membership.
