The publicity project this year will be in the form of a contest, with prizes awarded to students. Every student will have an equal chance, regardless of the size of his home-town or its paper, it was said. Prizes will be awarded in May. First prize will be $25, according to Charles Wright, fa'42, general chairman of the bureau. The bureau will meet at 4:30 o'clock this afternoon in the auditorium of Frank Strong hall to discuss the contest.
