Seventh St., is now occupied by a United States embassy in New York. The center, which distributes information about the draft and the war in Southeast Asia, has been a major beneficiary of Seventh St since last March. The center is sponsored by the American Friends Service Center. Lou Wolfe, program director of one center, said Monday that the move had been made when the rent on the office more than doubled.
