KANSAS PAGE SEVEN On the Shin By BUXTON, MEININGER It is always advisable to keep in contact with other state universities and watch what they are doing to improve their schools. For instance the following headline in the Daily Texan, student paper of the University of Texas, gives us some insight into activities on the Austin campus. Desire Unsuppressed to Reign At Girls' Junior Prom Tonight And another paper brings us the information that students of the University of Capetown, South Africa, are threatening to strike because they are not allowed to smoke in their classrooms during examinations. They are also insisting on tea being served during morning and afternoon examination periods. There's one student body that knows when its rights are being infringed upon. The poor devils.
