KU AND KSU RECIEVE GRANTS; Charles Krider, director of business research for the Institute for Public Policy and Business Research, said the grant was to establish center for assisting with economic development strategies. News Briefs Carol Rose, institute coordinator for grant development, said KU's share of the grant will be used for communities with populations larger than 10,000 and administered by KU's Institute for Public Policy.
