M. Beal. Prof. R. H. Wheeler, head of the department of psychology, has been invited to speak to the Dutch Treat Club of New York City sometime this spring. Dr. Wheeler has been working on the subject of weather and climate. The Dutch Treat Club means what the name implies. It meets each week and everything is "dutch."
