C., April 29—(UP)—The administration's new $300,000,000 revenue bill designed to equalize the federal tax burden and finance the New Deal farm and bonus program passed by the House today, 267 to 53. The measure now goes to the Senate where the powerful finance committee, which has been considering the 62,900 word document in secret session, will be open for public hearings tomorrow with Secretary of the Treasury Henry M. Potter and the State Department tempi will be made to bring the bill up in the upper house next week. As finally approved by the House, the bill follows closely the suggestions made by President Roehring in his speech to the Senate.
