Twenty-three entrants, a new high, will be here and list of entrants is studded with stars. The 1934 and 1935 winners of the event, Delbert White, former Pittsburgh Teachers star, and Clyde Coffran, ex-Jayhawker ace, will compete along with a number of veterans and a number of stars who are trying the event for the first time. Among the latter are Jeff Klinger, Elser of Notre Dame, Lloyd Cardwell of Nebraska, and Al Welfausen of Kansas. All will be shooting for places on the Olympic team.
