Since the meeting of the Pan-Hellenic held last Thursday, the girls have taken favorable action on the resolution to decrease the expenses of the spring parties. In their discussion on the subject it developed that they could easily do it. Instead of importing an orchestra from Kansas City they will engage local musicians. Instead of a several course dinner, either salad and punch, or ice cream and cake, or something else as simple, will be served as refreshments. They will endeavor to have a uniform style of programmes adopted. This will eliminate the competition among them for the most beautiful design, which has been a harvest heretofore for the engravers and printers.
