Richard Taylor, said his group plans to publish the responses it receives before the November general election, because it sends to about 35,000 households.
If we're really serious about the "alcohol-impaired driver, the drinking driver, this is it." Taylor said Thur-Spring, who was hard on work this. This is the big one.
Taylor's group has long pushed for stricter laws against driving under the influence, but it advocated a package of legislation designed to increase DUI penalties.
