Applied Christianity Awards to Be Announced at Commencement Four prizes ranging from $100 to $25 are offered by the Hattie Elliott Lewis committee on Applied Christian Education of the degrees of the University on the, "Applications of the Teachings of Jesus to Some Problem of the Present Day." Contests must turn in a tentative plan for the year. The celler's office not later than April 1. Essays must not be less than 5,000 or more than 10,000 words in length and must be typewritten and provided with a table of contents, footnotes giving references to authorities cited, and bibliography.
