Dumont Smith Writes Letter to Author of Pamphlet Hutchison, Dec. 3 — (UP) F. Dumont Smith, Shurtlef lawyer and chairman of the Americanization committee at the Justice Department today loaded another blast at Prof Albert Bushnell Hill of Harvard University with explosives.
