M. Swarthwell, where a winner was held on the occasion of the dedication, pickles, doughnuts, ice cream cakes and cider were served to about 100 people. The Jay James will entertain the Purple Pepeters, women's pop organization of the Kansas State College at Manhattan, with a lunch in Chicago upon their arrival in Lawrence tomorrow. Stewart, and M. J. J. Stratman. Kanna Phi Alumnae Entertained An informal meeting of the Kappa Philum alumnus club was held last night at the home of Edith Beach. The program completed on Saturday. The short business meeting plans were announced for the coming year. The club will meet the second Friday of each month, the next meeting being in the form of a party on Monday.
