Newcastle Coach "Pip" Allen's hardwood court proteges will complete their pre-contests, and then they meet the University of Colorado in the last of a three game series. The Jayhawkers, who have already scored twice, are again the favorites in tonight's tilt. The first two games were at Denver, but the teams will meet in Boulder tonight. Swimming Team to Meet Washburn College Friday Coach Allphin Announces Eigh Men to Make Trip to Topeka The University of Kansas swimming team will meet its first competition of the year Friday night, Jan. 9, in a duel meet with Washburn college at Topeka. Coach Herbert Alpin announced this morning that eight men would participate in the meet.
