NETHERTON CASE STARTED WITH SECOND JURY PANEL Testimony in the trial of Dr. S. O Netherton of Oathe, charged with the murder of his wife, was started today in Douglas county district court because it has been necessary to call two jury panels for the selection of a suitable group. Wiley Wilson, a janitor at the University of Kansas, was one of the 12 jurymen to be chosen yesterday. The Netherton case is more than two years old and has been transferred here to a new county, where public opinion is said to be prejudiced against the defendant. Law students from the University are encouraged to trial with much interest, it is reported.
