Allipin Seeks Charter for Life Saving Corps A charter in the Red Cross life saving corps, a national organization, is being sought for the University by Herbert G. Aliphin, swimming instructor at West area. A meeting will be held Monday afternoon at 1:30 in room 105 Robinson gymnasium to make arrangements for the national headquarters for the chapter. The requirements for obtaining a charter are: at least 10 men in good standing in the American Red Cross, as deputy coroner or member of the following officers; president, vice president, secretary-treasurer, mediator; chairperson of 10 members and a board of examiners, the duties of which are to give information and to pass on qualifications.
