Intramural Mat Tournament Won by Phi Kappa Psi
Alpha Kappa Psi Nosed Out of Victory by 2 Points in Close Battle for Title
Finish in the intramural wrestling tournament were run off last night in Robinson gymnasium, and the winners of each class determined. The Kappa Phi basketball with a total of 82 points and Alpha Kappa Psi was the runner-up with a total of 80 points. Earl Foy, Delta Chi, was declared the heaviest champion by virtue of his story by a fall over Shen, Puisonl
Hutton, Pi Kappa Alpha, won the 118 class pound by defeating Laff Theta Tau, by a time advantage of 3.39 minutes. Wwy, Pi Kappa Pa took the title in the 128 class pound by defeating Foster, who took 5 minutes from Wheeler, Pi Kappa Pa.
Cloyes, unattached, defeated Bunn Alpha Kappa Lambia, by a time advantage of 1.05 minutes, taking the title in the 138 pound class.
Borsfield, unattached, won in the 148 class by taking a fall from Cox. Thea Tau, from Cox. Theta Tau, won a decision from Douglas, unattached, taking the fall.
Graham, Alpha Kappa Psi, won by a time advantage of 6:40 minutes the bout with Yeager, Sigma Pi Epsilon.

H. E. Chandler to Speak at Graduation Exercise
Prof. H, E. Chandler, of the School of Education will speak in Kansas City tonight at the commencement exercises of the Kansas City Night School. His subject is to be "Whither Higher Education?" for various phases of adult education.
The majority of the students in this school are foreigners who are taking courses in reading and English to preparation for the naturalization. At the exercises tonight, the goal of naturalization will be given to them.

Women Voters to Topeka
Theta Sigma Phi Will Also Be Guest at Convention
A group of delegates from the University hospital in Tampa, Florida, and from The George Washington Phi, honorary journalism security, will attend the state convention of the women in news and broadcast row. The women will arrive in Tampa in time for the hunch at the University Hospital in Tampa, Louis, president of the Missouri League and Mrs. George Hooke, representative of the league.
One of the round tables which the delegates will attend will be presided over by a daughter of Governor Clyde Reed and a brother of homeowner at a given Sunday by May Ferries, at which members of the University League and of Thetia Sigma would be present.

Montreal...(UP) - Running down a tumber wolf with a railway locomotive was the unusual sport tried near North Hey, Ontario, recently, when a train crashed into a station and spun open. Engineer Lafortaina, on rounding a curve, saw the wolf on the tracks a short distance ahead, and succeeded in stalking the bear with his rifle. But the wolf waited. Watting run back and finished off the animal with a poker.

Phi Delts Meet Betas at 7:30 Tonight for Intramural Cage Title

Two undefated fraternity teams all met tonight at 7:30, when Phi Beta Pi hosted the quintet in the final round of the intramural basketball tournament. A three-member team played overnight after several plays of play in which 38 teams started, under the leadership of the coach.

Binocular Summation Explained at Beta Chi Sigma
S. H., Bartley, instructor in the psychology department, will report at the regular meeting of Beta Chi Sigma on Monday afternoon, on the results of recent research carried out during the last two years. The meeting will be DeSilva, on binocular summation.
These investigations were carried out in a dark room, using an apparatus known as an eyepiece or phoebe instrument, important in that they refute the established theory that there is no difference in brightness between images with both eyes and when one eye is illuminated. In order to show that there is a measurable difference; and that when both eyes are used, a binocular summation results.
This research was carried out under difficult conditions and the experimenters had great difficulty in securing the even light that was necessary
