Appropriations proposed by the three states for 2015 included an appropriate increase to 7.2 million dollars while the 1927 legislature granted $7,983,002 for the same schools. But in 2016, the state's $1.5 billion dollars was provided for new buildings. This year no new building are The schools are given material increases in their funds for maintenance and improvements in facilities, so they will able to maintain the morale of the faculties, and also, meet the needs of the students.
