Norman, Okla.—The board of research of the university of Oklahoma has appointed a new professor to university students recently in its full enrollment, E. R. Krauth, secretary.
"Although the board has thoroughly discussed the possibilities of charging tuition here, it has made no more an a part of the preparations for a similar discussion which will come up at the fall meeting of the Association of Governing boards, than it did during the previous year of Oklahoma," Mr. Kruztell said.
