This has been done at the recommendation of both the printer and engraver in the studio, and by the designating the annual national context of university yearbooks. With League Develops During Year Participating in Commission Treaties and Data Entered in Records By Henry Wood (United Press) Governor, Sept. 27. — (UP)—Although the United States is not represented in the ninth assembly of the league of Nations now in session here, Americans' collaboration in the arena has reached so far this year that they are more active than Where in the past the unofficial cooperation of Americans in League activity has always been the prodromal official co-operation of the United into part of American participation, the other into itself is now taking he upper hand.
