Contestants are now at hand working out at Haskell, in northwest Oklahoma. Swimmers Learn Carries Life Saving Class Now Working to Pass Final Tests The Red Cross life-saving class under the instruction of Herbert G. Alpin, swimming coach, is well along in its work. The carries have just been completed and, starting next week, the course will offer different breaks for the strong challenge. The carriers which have just been completed are the head carry, cross chest carry, arm lock carry and swimmer carry.
