Students Cincinnati, Oct. 18--Saving child children with defective vision from joining the 100,000 blind people in the fight for light, Dr. Franklin Royer confronted school physicians and health workers. To achieve this object program of sight conservation efforts in homes, clinics, hospitals and homes, Dr. B. Franklin Royer, medical director of the national committee for the prevention of vision impairment, the Health Association here this morning. Attempts are also being made to protect the sight of the pre-school child.
