Upon his graduation in 1915, Mr. Bayles became superintendent of the light plant at Ness City, and later became superintendent of the light and water plants at Ellis. In 1917-10 he spent 22 months in military service, 12 of which were spent in action overseas. Since the war Mr. Bayles has been associated with the consulting engineers' firm of Black and Vetch International plasim had experience in construction of power and light plants sewage plants, in the reorganization of municipal properties, and in value-adding equipment work of public utilities.
