They are the courses in statistics and in municipal industries, which will be taught by Prof. H. A. Mills and Prof. William Duffus, respectively. The course in municipal industries, includes discussion on Municipal Government and Private Ownership, Indeterminate and Determinate Franchises, and Regulations of Rates and Service. Prof. William Duffus, successor to Prof. V. N. Valgren, has been employed for two years by the state of Wisconsin in making a study of municipal affairs.
