Mullon (United Press) Washington, Sep. 25. A oeivevive changes in the personnel of the United States Senate is in prospes as one of the most important resul s of the November probeblial ecti- ses. Seventeen Republicans, fourteen Democrats and one former Laborite are up for reelection. The Democrats gust of whom come from southern states, are favored over the Republicans to retain their chants. The Republican Senator Bill DeLaware, Calif. of Rhode Island, Elaine of West Virginia, McCormick of Illinois and Sterling of South Dakota must be replaced.
