F., and head of the water sanitation department at the University of Illinois, is being entertained here today by Prof. L. E. Saye, head of the pharmacy department of the University. Doctor Bartow taught this soon at the University Club. At 4:30 o'clock this afternoon he will address the chemical engineers of the University.
