Roy Gress, who entered the University in 1916 has returned and will re-enter school next quarter. Lieutenant Gress entered the first officers training school at Fort Riley and was commissioned in the Cavalry. He was among the first to oversee the Brewers Knox Division. At the time the armistice was signed he had just been transferred to aviation and was to enter school at Tours. "While in France I saw several K. U. men, among them, Jian Dykes, Penton Baker, L. B.
