Med Center tightening expenditures
KANSAS CITY, Kan.—Cash flow problems at the University of Kansas Medical Center are causing all but uncontrollable activity, a Med Center official said yesterday.
"The entire College of Health Sciences, every program in every department, has been asked to tighten the standards of academic affairs, aid.
The Med Center, which is financed by the state and also by patient revenues, relies on an infiltr of patients during the winter months. The usually slow month of December.
