Magley on honors team

David Maglev
Scorter co-captain David Magley, who was the heart and soul of the KU basketball team this past season, was named yesterday to the Academic All-America first team by the College Information Directors of America.
Magley, who led the Jayhaws in scoring and rebounding, has a 3.2 cumulative grade point average while Magley also led the Stormestation. Magley had a 4.0 last semester.
Magley was joined on the first team by Mike Kanieski of Dayton, Randy
