Seasonal Culotte Is Septuagenarian NEW YORK—(UPI) The culotte which abounds in spring and summer sports and lounge-wear actually is "septuagenarian" in women's wardrobes, says a tracer manufacturer. Manufacturer-designer Jack Winter said that as early as the 15th century, a riding habit with pantaloons galloped onto the scene, and long bloomers were considered appropriate for beach wear.
