Wichita Police Hunt for Two Kidnappers WICHTA — (UPI) — A manhunt was launched today for two men who kidnapped a supermarket manager near his home and forced him to give them between $4,000 and $5,000 in cash. The victim of the robbery-abduction was Harlan Keith Anderson, 26, manager of a Safeway store. He told police the two men, one brandishing a gun, approached his car last night as he pulled into the driveway of his home.
