Colodny, visiting assistant professor of history, will be concerned with the question of whether or not America's foreign policy will be changed if John Foster Dulles must be replaced as secretary of state. Prof. Laird will discuss Mr. Dulles qualifications as secretary of state and how he has carried out the aims of the office. Prof. Colodnyv, whose field of specialization is Russia, will give his views of the timeliness of American foreign policy as practiced by Dulles. Plan Substitute for Oratorical Contest A public affairs speaking contest to be held in late April or early May will replace the Delta Sigma Rho oratorical contest scheduled for next Wednesday.
