Return to office a former county commissioner who has taken part in the development of Clinton Lake and Parkway, Cottonwood, Mental Retardation Program, planning of Judicial Building, construction of new bridges, Lone Star University, warning system, the creation of Wells Park, and a public ambulance service.
Walter Cragan has also served you as Vice-Chairman of the Governor's Committee on Criminal Administration, Chairman of the Kansas All-Sports Hall of Fame. He is responsible for the permanent installation of the Kansas All-Sports Hall of Fame, located in Wakimus Museum. 11th and Mass. He is a member of the ex-Quarterback Club, the Williams, Scholarship Fund, the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, Plymouth Congregational Church and the Round Ball Club.
