Sigma Delta Chi Bruce Linton, associate professor of speech and journalism and chairman of the radio-TV committee of Phi Delta Kappa, honorary organization for men in education, spoke on educational television in Kansas at a dinner meeting yesterday. Kansas Beta chapter of Sigma Delta Chi, national professional fraternity for men in journalism, has announced the initiation of four members.
