The picnic will take the place of the usual spring dance. Cadets may attend either stag or with dates. The highlight of the afternoon will be a rowboat race with 2-man teams from each of four squadrons, and a team entered by the staff. Capt. James R. Selig, instructor of air science, said the staff was entering a fast team that has had special training.
