Juvenile Code To Be Explained University Daily Kansan The new juvenile law in Kansas will be explained by Donald Pilcher, assistant director of child research and instruction, at a meeting of the Sociology Club at 4 p.m. today in 17 Strong E. He will compare the new code to the old juvenile code. Mr. Pulcher served as adviser of the Kansas revised juvenile code and is now president of the State Assn. of Social Workers.
