Phillips of Colby announce the engagement of their daughter, Jacqualyn Kay, to Mr. Eugene J. O'Neill, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. G. O'Neill of Lawrence. Miss Phillips will graduate in June from the Kansas University School of Medicine's department of nursing. She is a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority.
